Cancellation and Change Policy: Cancellations can be made with a 30+ days
notice prior to arrival for a $30.00 charge. Refund of deposit minus the
$30.00 will be made with sufficient notice. Reservations cancelled without
adequate notice will result forfeiture of deposit. There are no refunds for
early departure.
The $85.00 cleaning fee applies to cleaning the unit upon your departued. No daily cleaning is included. Additional or daily cleaning can be provided for an additional fee with prior arrangements.
Changes: Amenities (pools, hot tubs, etc.) and availability are subject to
change without notice. No refunds will be made for unavailable amenities.
Maintenance: Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good
repair. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. No refunds will be
provided due to inoperable appliances or common area pools, hot tubs,
elevators, and any other common area amenities, infrastructure or
equipment.
Occupancy: The number of guests, including children, is limited to the
sleeping capacity indicated. Exceptions may be made for children under the
age of 2. You must be at least 25 years old to rent. Underage
individuals are not permitted to rent. Person checking in must be the person
who is renting the unit. Any reservations obtained under false pretense may
be subject to loss of deposit and/or rent. Guests under the age of 25 must
have direct adult supervision at all times when on rental premises. No loud
parties, loud gatherings or illegal activities are allowed. Motor homes or
campers are not permitted to hook up to utilities on any rental premises.
Absolutely no unit will be rented to vacationing students who are not
accompanied by parent or guardian of age. Parent must be actually staying
in the unit with the students the entire length of the reservation.
Smoking Policy: This unit is NON-SMOKING unit. Any evidence of smoking
can be cause of forfeiture of the deposit. Smoking is allowed on the balcony with proper disposal of butts. Please do not throw them off balcony.
Pet Policy: We love pets, however, Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club does
not allow guests to bring pets. Only Owners are allowed to have pets at the
property. A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises will cause forfeiture
of entire rent, deposit and immediate eviction.
Providing a Family Environment: A family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment
of other guests must be maintained. No sororities, fraternities, school or
civic groups are allowed. No house parties allowed. Violations will cause
forfeiture of entire rent, deposit and immediate eviction.
Grilling: Fire department regulations prohibit the use of grills on balconies;
we have several BBQ grills by the pier.
Parking: Parking for guests is only allowed in the parking lot. Only owners
are allowed to park under the covered parking. Our condominium
association allows one vehicle per bedroom per unit. Any vehicle not
displaying the required parking pass on their dashboard would be subject to
being towed by the Owners Association at the vehicle owners’ expense. We
cannot guarantee available parking space during the peak season.
Management: Our property is privately owned. We or our designated
representative reserve the right to enter the premises at any time for the
purpose of inspection or repair.
Liability: By renting this property you are assuming all risk of and liability for
any damage done to person or property, agents, employees, or visitors
occasioned by the present or future condition of the premises both latent
and manifest. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or
loss of money or valuables of any kind.
Hurricane Policy: We will refund unused days in the event of a MANDATORY
evacuation in our area. The day the mandatory evacuation is issued we will
refund to currently registered guests any unused portion of the rent from the
time they check-out of the property. Guests scheduled to arrive during a
mandatory evacuation may shorten their stay to come in after the
evacuation is lifted and they will be refunded any unused portion of the rent.
If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to your trip, we will refund
also. However, if no mandatory evacuation hurricane warning is issued
specific to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, and you choose to cancel
your reservation you could incur the forfeiture of your deposit. Each
cancellation will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Your Responsibilities: Before departure, please leave the property
reasonably clean, kitchen items clean and returned to their proper places,
and trash disposed of in proper outside containers. There are trash chutes
by the elevators.
