Additional charges:    

For each stay, there is a:

* $85.00  cleaning fee/stay.   

* $ 20 Registration/parking pass fee for each car, paid at the front desk of the complex.  A Parking pass must be displayed in each car.

* A $150.00 security deposit is required to book the unit. The deposit is refundable if no damage to the unit.

* If used a $10 one time charge per stay for use of boat ramp.

*Holiday dates require three night minimum stay. 3 night minimum: Memorial Day - May 25, 2009, July 4th - July 3, 2009,  & Labor Day - September 7, 2009

How do we make a reservation:
Email to let us know the dates rcou979684@aol.com

I will then email an invoice and rental agreement to you.  A $150.00 security deposit and the signed rental agreement would be mailed back to us to hold the reservation.  
(I will block out the dates once an email is received to reserve the unit. I will hold the dates for 7 days, if
no deposit is received in that 7 days, the dates are made available again)

When is payment due:
Your "total amount due" would be made about 15 days prior to your arrival date. When received we will
send you your entry code to your unit or keys.

When do we get our deposit back?
Once you depart,  the unit is cleaned and inspected. With the departure instructions followed and no
damage, the full $150.00 deposit is then refunded. (usually mailed back within 2 business days)
